I am recommending 4 simple and effective ways to shed 10 kilos in 3 months. You can achieve it even quicker if you follow this with discipline.

  1. Start with your day with banana instead of coffee (Its a high alkaline food and it helps as natural detox and high in fibre, do consume this within 30 min from you wake up )

 

  1. It is important to flush out your toxins out of your body. Take a lemon juice 1 hour before your breakfast.
